Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:
- new, unworn, unwashed, and unused;
- in their original condition;
- accompanied by all tags and original packaging.
Any item showing signs of use, wear, perfume, washing, or any other deterioration cannot be refunded.

Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an order preparation error or receipt of a defective or non-compliant item.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order, within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with current regulations.
The refund may be deferred until receipt of the returned items or until proof of shipment is provided.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- personalized items;
- unsealed items that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, when regulations so provide.
